Product Return

Consumer (Individual)

Returns are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".

Within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, you can request a product return if the following conditions are met:

• The product has not been used;
• All seals and labels are intact;
• The completeness of the set and packaging is preserved;
• The warranty card and payment document are retained;
• The product is not included in the list of goods of proper quality, the return of which is restricted by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Resolution No. 172 of March 19, 1994).

Product Return within the Manufacturer's Warranty Period

Returns are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".

During the manufacturer's warranty period, you may return a product under the following conditions:

• Availability of a document from an authorized service center confirming that the defect is substantial (product of inadequate quality);
• The warranty card and payment document are retained;
• The completeness of the set is preserved.
