Delivery

For your convenience, there are several ways to receive your purchase.

Pickup from the Online Store

You can pick up your online order for free at: Ukraine, Kyiv, Podilskyi district, Rozvazhevskyi Lane 14. Please follow the instructions for receiving goods from the warehouse.

1. When placing an order, the Buyer must indicate the method of receiving the goods: Pickup from the warehouse or delivery via Nova Poshta.
2. The goods can be collected from the warehouse only after payment has been completed, which will be visible the next day.
3. If the Buyer decides to pick up the goods themselves, they must coordinate with the manager at least one hour before arriving at the warehouse. Warehouse hours are from 10:00 to 15:00.
4. The approximate arrival time at the warehouse must be specified, otherwise the processing of the goods may take up to an hour depending on warehouse workload.
5. The Buyer must have the necessary documents: passport, power of attorney (if collected by a representative), and protective items such as a mask.

Pickup from Nova Poshta Offices

With this delivery method, you can receive your package at a Nova Poshta office or parcel locker at your destination.

Delivery to Nova Poshta offices takes from 1 to 5 days depending on your location.

Courier Delivery

If you choose this type of delivery, a Nova Poshta courier will deliver the package to the address you specified.

Delivery by Nova Poshta to the address takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

If the goods were pre-paid, you pay only the delivery cost at the Nova Poshta office or to the courier according to the delivery service rate.

If you choose cash on delivery, you pay the order amount approved by our manager plus a payment transfer fee of 2% of the order amount + 20 UAH, as well as the delivery cost according to the postal service operator's tariff.

Nova Poshta shipments are made on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
